By booking a session with Sound Garden, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before engaging with our services.
1. Services Provided
Sound Garden offers sound healing services, including but not limited to sound baths, individual sound therapy sessions, and group healing experiences using sound instruments such as crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and drums.
2. Client Responsibilities
Health Disclosure: You are responsible for informing your practitioner of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your ability to participate in a sound healing session. Sound healing is not a substitute for medical care.
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure the session begins on time. Late arrivals will result in a reduced session time and will end at the original scheduled time.
Behavior: You are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the session. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund.
3. Booking and Payments
Booking: Appointments can be made through Acuity Scheduling, Contact Us Form, or through email. Bookings are considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.
Payment: Payment for services is due in full at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card processing or PayPal.
Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled through the Acuity Scheduling link in your confirmation email at least 48 hours in advance at no additional charge. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the session start time must be requested through email at contact@soundgardensf.com and will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Cancellations can be made through Acuity Scheduling link in your confirmation email at least 48 hours in advance. All cancellations will not be refundable.
No refunds will be provided for late arrivals past the 30-minute grace period, missed or unattended sessions.
Gift certificates are not refundable.
4. Liability and Disclaimers
Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment: Sound healing is complementary to traditional medical treatment and should not be used as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.
Individual Experiences: Results and experiences from sound healing sessions vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and experiences may differ based on personal circumstances and conditions.
Health and Safety: By participating in a sound healing session, you agree that you are physically and mentally fit to do so. You release Sound Garden from any liability for injury, discomfort, or mental health challenges that may result during or after the session, unless caused by negligence or misconduct on our part.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during a sound healing session, including personal health details, is kept confidential. We will not disclose any personal information without your consent unless required by law.
6. Gift Vouchers
Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Booking: Gift voucher holders must book in advance to ensure availability.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and branding related to Sound Garden, including but not limited to logos, marketing materials, and session formats, are the intellectual property of Sound Garden and cannot be reproduced without permission.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated date will be listed at the top of this page. Please review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
