Preparing your experience
During your booking, you’ll complete a questionnaire. This will help me prepare the best experience possible for you. Location details will be emailed after completion.

Welcome consultation
We’ll briefly review your session goals along with your choice of tea/beverage. Before we start, select a complimentary essential oil or incense to incorporate into your session.

Relax and let go
After a guided meditation and breath-work exercise, the sound experience will begin. The sound will envelop you and begin to have a profound cellular impact to your body.
Book an appointment
Find the appointment type that most closely aligns to your needs. After making your selection, you’ll have a chance to share any specific information or accommodations you prefer.
Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead of the original time to avoid additional fees.
After confirmation, you’ll receive an email with specific location access instructions and further details about your session.

After an energy scan of your body, we identify areas where you may have “energy leaks.” Using a vocal technique, we work to clear specific blockages. (+20 mins)

For those who would like dedicated time to learn and explore playing with the bowls themselves. If you have a deep love for music, instruments, or are just mighty curious, I highly encourage add this to your session. (+20 mins)

CBD is broadly known for it’s mild calming and anxiety reducing effects. We provide options from a range Wyld CBD gummy flavors. Please note that drugs and supplements are not necessary for sound experiences.
